What is PayPal & Do I need a Paypal Account?

PayPal is a 3rd party company that processes the credit card charge. You Do Not Need a PayPal Account

Do you charge sales tax?

Only if the shipment is going to Texas. The rate is 8.25%.

Can you expedite orders and guarantee a delivery date?

We have a structured logistical process in place. Unfortunately, we cannot overnight orders. We only ship standard ground service and cannot guarantee a certain deliver date.

Can I track my order?

You will be notified when your order ships and receive either UPS, Fedex, or USPS tracking number.

Do you ship outside the 48 states?

Yes. We ship to Canada, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii, however there are additional charges. Please contact us prior to ordering.

Do you take checks and money orders?

We accept Credit Cards, PayPal, and Money Orders.

How do I cancel my order?

Contact us immediately via "Live Chat". If you order has shipped, we are unable to cancel.

What if there is a problem with the order?

If you receive your order and you are missing parts, the item doesn't work, or the wrong item was sent, contact us right away and we will take care of it.

Do your products have warranties?

Some products carry a warranty from the manufacturer and they would handle any claims. To see if there is a warranty , please read the item description or contact us.

Shipping Information:

Most orders ship the same or next business day. Certain products may have a longer handling time and we try state that in the product description. Please make sure you have provided us with a valid email and telephone number in case we need to contact you.

We only send to physical street addresses, no Post Office boxes, APO's, etc. All prices are for shipments to the 48 states. We use a variety of freight carriers and ship ground. Unfortunately, we cannot expedite shipments or ship overnight. We are happy to send our products to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada, but you must contact us via email for additional freight quotes.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Due to the nature of our industry, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges without restocking fee and less initial shipping. Once the order has shipped, we cannot cancel the purchase. Items refused or returned to sender will be charged 30% restocking fee and our actual shipping charge withheld. We cannot credit any purchases over 30 days and no credit for custom orders and certain items.
